Your employer should provide you with the specific course you require. Should you be taking this course for your own personal interest, it is highly recommended to take a standard first aid course.

Triple R Training was founded with you in mind. Should you need to split up the course between multiple dates, we can absolutely do that for you!
How to split up course dates: please email us at [email protected] with your desired dates and times and we will get back to you and sign you up promptly
The same day as your course!
There is no waiting period. Once you complete your course, your certification card will become available to you that day!
You will receive an email from the Red Cross/Heart and Stroke (whichever course you took), indicating that you have a new certification available on your portal.

Click “my certifications”. You will see your certification card(s) there.

We can teach however many you’d like!
Our providers do have maximums on the number one instructor can teach at a time, but that depends on the course. The thing is.. we never want you to miss out on the opportunity to take a first aid course because you have one too many. At Triple R Training, we will ensure that we provide the appropriate amount of staff to meet the standards to teach a large group, so no need to worry!

Yes!
We are based in Calgary and Airdrie, and travel all over western Alberta to teach courses.
We are here for your convenience, saving you the time and stress of driving, especially during Alberta winters. We take on that responsibility so you don’t have to!
Yes! When you register or receive an invoice from Triple R Training, there are options to pay online via Stripe, or e-transfer. We also accept cheques and cash.
Please note that you will receive a receipt with any desired method of payment
It depends on the course!
Most certifications are valid for 3 years, however BLS, CPR & AED (stand-alone, NOT including standard first aid) are both valid for 1 year.

If there is an error, please email us at [email protected] and we will reach out to the associated provider and have it fixed for you.
Alternatively, you may choose to contact the Red Cross or the Heart and Stroke to get it changed yourself.
Please click under “my bookings”, and click the reschedule button on the far right to select a new date and time

Yes! You will be emailed an online PDF of your course manual prior to your course date.

Absolutely!
We’ve got early birds and night owls on staff, and some sleepless vampires, if that’s what you want to call them.
We are available 24/7, and will gladly teach a course for you at any time, even at 2am 🙂

We know how it can be! You showed up for work with an expired card and now they won’t let you on site until you get re-certified. It sucks that much more knowing that you can’t work and the company is losing money without you!
Have no fear! It’s VERY temporary!
We won’t make you wait another full day to pass before MAYBE having a course available for you.. we got your back!
If you are in a pinch and need a course like that the same day, give me a call at (587) 777 – 4590 and we will meet you and run the course for you that same day, so you can go right back to work after, as if your card was valid this whole time!
(I just need a 3 hour heads up, but most often we can show up within the hour)
