Thank you for choosing Triple R Training: Respond, Rescue, Revive for your first aid training needs. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and participants may need to cancel or reschedule their training. Please carefully read and acknowledge our cancellation policy below before signing up for any of our courses.
ONLINE ONLY COURSES
Each online course must be assigned to a participant using their first name, last name, and personal email address. Due to the course being assigned uniquely, once an online course access has been issued – regardless of participant activation – refunds, transfers, or partial refunds are not permitted.
We understand technical troubleshooting may be required for online courses and will make every effort to assist participants with any access issues related to the online system. However, please note that the online system is owned by the Red Cross. If the issue exceeds our capabilities, participants will be required to contact the Red Cross directly for assistance.
If a participant wishes to change or upgrade their course or if a registration error has occurred, it is important to inform us immediately. If online access has not been issued, a program change can be made by paying the difference in course fees. If online access has already been issued, the new course fee will be applied in full. We prioritize timely communication for course changes or upgrades to ensure a smooth transition and accurate enrollment.
COURSES WITH AN ONLINE COMPONENT (BLENDED COURSES)
Upon registering for the course, participants are required to check the box indicating their agreement to complete the online portion before attending the in-class portion.
Once the online component has been provided, refunds for that specific component are not possible. Kindly refer to the previously mentioned Online Only Course Policy. Participants are required to successfully complete the online course or provide proof of completion before attending the in-class component. In the event of failure to complete the online course, regardless of the reason, participants will be unable to participate in the in-classroom learning and must reschedule their training, or a full forfeit of fees. Refunds are not permitted. Please note that rescheduling is subject to a transfer fee of $40.00 + GST.
COURSES WITH A REQUIRED PRE-REQUISITE
Participants are expected to confirm their eligibility and prerequisite requirements before registering for a course. These prerequisites are clearly listed on our website, and during the registration process, participants are required to check a box confirming that they meet the stated prerequisites.
If a participant arrives at the program without providing proof of meeting the prerequisite, they will be allowed to attend with the understanding that the proof must be presented to the instructor before the conclusion of the program. It is essential to note that failure to provide proof of the prerequisite will result in the participant not being recorded as completed, and all fees will be forfeited, regardless of attendance.
Please note that the prerequisites must be in accordance of the required certifications listed on the website, therefore should a participant present a certification for a different program that does not meet the requirements, the participant forfeits all fees and will be ask to register for their correct course.
For more detailed information or any inquiries, please reach out to our Customer Service at [email protected]. Refunds are not available for participants who fail to meet the prerequisite requirements.

At Triple R Training, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause participants to arrive late for their scheduled course. However, we also value the time and experience of all participants. Therefore, we have established a clear late arrival policy to ensure fairness and uphold the quality of our training sessions. Please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:
Grace period and communication:
We provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, we strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
We expect participants to call and leave a voicemail or send an email to inform us of their late arrival. This will allow us to make necessary arrangements and accommodate your situation to the best of our abilities.
Consequences of late arrival:
If a participant arrives later than the grace period without any communication or notification, they will no longer be permitted to attend the course.
In such cases, all course fees will be forfeited, and a rebooking will be required.
Participants will be responsible for paying the full amount of the course for the rebooking.
Communication expectations:
We emphasize the importance of open communication. If you are running late, we expect you to notify us promptly.
Calling and leaving a voicemail or sending an email will ensure that we are aware of your situation and can plan accordingly.
By informing us, you demonstrate respect for other participants’ time and allow us to make necessary adjustments.
Assisting participants and accommodating where possible:
We strive to provide a stress-free learning environment and are committed to assisting participants whenever we can.
If you encounter unexpected circumstances that cause you to be late, we encourage you to communicate with us so we can understand the situation and explore possible accommodations.
Our team will do their best to assist you and find suitable solutions within our capabilities.
Inappropriate or invalid reasons for late arrival:
It is important to note that reasons for late arrival will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If a participant provides an inappropriate or invalid reason for their late arrival or displays rudeness towards our staff, they will not be admitted to take the course.
In such cases, all course fees will be forfeited.
We believe in maintaining a respectful and understanding learning environment, and we aim to support participants to the best of our abilities. To ensure we can assist you effectively, it is crucial that you communicate with us regarding any delays or issues you may encounter. Together, we can navigate unforeseen circumstances and ensure a positive training experience for everyone involved.
